Pad Printing

Our pad printing services allow labeling on a variety of surfaces, including plastic, glass and metal. Pad printing works on irregularly shaped or textured surfaces. We use both closed cup and open well equipment with the highest quality pad printing inks. PMS color match is available. We produce consistent, superior quality printing for virtually any volume. Hot Stamping

Controlled heat, pressure and precision timing apply colored or metallic foil resins to decorate surfaces of varied shapes and materials. Hot stamping machines can decorate a wide variety of part shapes. Hot stamping foils are highly wear and chemical resistant and available in numerous colors and designs.

Heat Transfers

Pre-printed graphics, usually multi-colored, are applied by using controlled heat and pressure. Heat transfers offer excellent resistance to wear, scuff, chemicals and ultraviolet radiation. Custom designed heat transfers are created specifically to meet today’s industrial requirements.

DRI Wipe

Dri Wipe is a process of filling small recessed area with ink.

Ultrasonic Sealing

Ultrasonic sealing delivers mechanical energy wich when transferred to a termoplastic material under pressure fuses the material. Ultrasonic sealing creates a fluid proof seal between compatible thermoplastic materials.

Prototype

Nolan Enterprise has the capabilities to print prototype jobs, from the making of polymer and steel cliches and holding fixtures to the finished decorated product.
